Who is the Training Academy for?

The Rally Cats Training Academy is designed for middle and high school boys and girls who want to develop their volleyball skills, improve their athletic ability, and better understand the game. Athletes don't need to be finished products—they need to be ready to learn, work, and be coached.

How The Academy Works

12-WEEK DEVELOPMENT CYCLE

Structured training gives athletes time to learn, practice, apply feedback, and progress.

TWICE-WEEKLY TRAINING

Two 2-hour sessions each week combine volleyball skill development and sports performance training.

A progressive development program combining volleyball skills, athletic development, game IQ, and coachability in a small-group training environment.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training sessions are held Wednesdays and Fridays at Freedom Courts Sports Complex in Fayetteville, NC. Scheduled breaks are built into the 12-week Academy calendar.
